No Right of Withdrawal for B2B Customers
The offers of Schneestern GmbH & Co. KG are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law (e.g., cities, municipalities, ski resorts, clubs).
A statutory right of withdrawal does not exist for these customer groups according to applicable legal regulations.
Cancellation & Goodwill
Since our products (especially snowpark elements, pump tracks, and custom-made products) are often manufactured or picked specifically for an order, returns are excluded after the final order confirmation.
