Inquiry, Prices & Customer Account

Why are no prices visible in the shop?
Our prices are hidden for guests. To view the price list for our equipment and obstacles, you must create a customer account and log in. The subsequent activation process may take up to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once it is complete. This allows us to offer tailored conditions to municipalities, ski resorts, and commercial customers (B2B).
How can I request a quote or place an order?
Since we sell large freight items (e.g., ramps, rails, boxes), direct checkout with immediate purchase is not possible. Add the desired products to your shopping cart and send us a non-binding inquiry through it. We will check availability and calculate shipping costs individually for you before sending you a binding offer.
Can private individuals also inquire with Schneestern?
Yes, private individuals can also send us inquiries. However, as our online shop is specifically geared towards commercial customers (B2B), ski resorts, and public entities, dealer prices cannot be activated for private customers.
Instead, please simply send us a non-binding inquiry via the shopping cart or our contact form. We will then gladly prepare an individual offer for you, including the statutory VAT.

Why do some products in the shopping cart show €0.00 instead of a price?
Some products in the shop are marked with the note "Price calculated with offer" and technically set to €0.00 – this allows you to add them to your shopping cart without obligation and inquire about them with us. You will then receive the actual price in your individual offer.

Where does Schneestern deliver?
We deliver our products worldwide and reliably ship our action sports facilities and equipment to any desired location. Whether it's the DACH region, Europe, or overseas – since our shopping cart functions as an inquiry tool, we examine the best possible and most cost-effective logistics solution for every international inquiry.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Due to the very different dimensions and weights of our products – from accessory items to complete snow or skate parks – we do not calculate a flat rate. For each inquiry, we determine the best daily freight costs to provide you with a fair and transparent offer.

Products, Planning & Assembly

Does Schneestern also offer planning and construction services?
Yes, Schneestern offers a holistic 360° service. We take care of everything: from individual concept planning to in-house equipment manufacturing, professional construction, and on-site assembly. Whether it's a skate park, dirt park, or snow park – we create custom, safe, and durable facilities from a single source.
What are NCT ramps (noise reduction)?
NCT stands for Noise Cancel Tech. This technology is incorporated into our skate and scooter ramps to drastically reduce noise emissions. The ramps consist of a hot-dip galvanized substructure, the special NCT intermediate layer, and a weatherproof HPL riding surface. Ideal for facilities near residential areas and for low-maintenance upkeep.
How are the facilities set up and assembled?
The requirements for setup and assembly are project- and product-dependent. Basic technical requirements for the substrate and installation can often be found in advance as guidance on the respective product page.
Since we guarantee the highest safety standards, the exact assembly conditions, necessary on-site services, and logistics requirements will be individually reviewed for your project and detailed in your personal offer.

Yes. As a flexible and specialized planning team, we offer service phases 0 to 5 according to HOAI. With over 20 years of company history and numerous successful projects, we design an individual wheeled sports facility for each project, precisely tailored to your budget and available space.
How is a public construction project implemented?
Public construction is extremely complex. To provide clarity quickly and easily from the outset, we transparently break down the individual service components for your construction project according to the service phases of the HOAI. This way, you know exactly which planning and conceptual steps we will undertake for you in each phase.

An Urban Sports Park (or multi-generational park) is a central meeting and sports park that meets modern fitness trends. It bundles space for wheeled sports, skateboarding, pumptracks, fitness, and play offerings. What services does Schneestern provide during the creation of an Urban Sports Park?

Action Sports Equipment & Safety

For which sports does Schneestern produce equipment?
Since 1999, we have been producing professional snowpark equipment (from downrails to sound elements) in Germany and have already delivered over 20,000 obstacles globally. We have successfully transferred this passion and quality: Today, we also manufacture high-quality action sports components, riding technique obstacles, and accessories for skate, wheeled, and bike sports.
Does Schneestern also offer outdoor furniture and equipment for the facilities?
Yes, because a modern sports facility also includes areas for resting, watching, and lingering. That's why we round off our portfolio with robust, weather-resistant furniture and equipment elements. Whether seating for the chill-out area at the snowpark, benches for the urban sports park, or entrance portals and information boards – we supply the appropriate furniture for a harmonious overall impression of your facility.
How does Schneestern ensure the safety of the obstacles produced?
Action sports and safety are not a contradiction for us. Safety is our most important criterion for broad acceptance of the facilities. Therefore, all our products undergo strict quality controls. Each element passes through three in-house test stages before the Schneestern quality seal is applied. We don't just talk about safety; we can prove it.
