Individual Logistics for Maximum Safety
Quality and safety are our top priorities for our products. Due to the dimensions and weight of many of our modules (e.g., snowpark elements, pump tracks, or skate parks), standard shipping is often not possible. Therefore, the following applies to all product inquiries in our shop:
Your selection in the shop constitutes a non-binding inquiry. No purchase agreement is concluded at checkout.
1. Submit Inquiry
Select your desired modules and complete the "inquiry" at checkout free of charge.
2. Calculation
Our logistics team calculates the optimal shipping costs based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
3. Your Quote
You will receive a binding quote including all ancillary costs. The order is only triggered upon your confirmation.
Logistics & Freight Forwarding
- ✓ Shipping Method: The type of delivery (e.g., parcel service for accessories or heavy goods forwarding for obstacles) depends on the requested products.
- ✓ Heavy Haulage: If delivery is made by a freight forwarder, the unloading point must be freely accessible for trucks (up to 40t).
- ✓ Delivery Time: Since many of our facilities are custom-made or prepared for ski resorts, municipalities, and clubs, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time directly in the quote.
Special Case: Our Catalogs
You can request or download our comprehensive Schneestern catalogs directly and completely free of charge. Naturally, there are no shipping costs for this.
